Tracking UPS Shipments
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your items. If you need help tracking your order, e-mail [email protected]
Expedited Orders
Orders can be expedited. Please e-mail [email protected] with the item number and how soon you would like the item.
Inventory and Lead Times
E-mail [email protected] to verify stock and lead times.
Shipping Information Entry
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. It includes matching the address with the valid postal code as entered in the checkout process. Suppose UPS can not find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address. In that case, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to CHISUPPLY CO. and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the customer's responsibility. When the package returns to CHISUPPLY CO., and a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies, including 20% restocking fees. Extra shipping costs apply for trucks with lift gates.
Restocking Fee
50% restocking fee on misplaced orders within 30 days. No returns after 30 days. If you need to return an item, e-mail [email protected] All items must be uninstalled with packaging in original condition. All parts, pieces, and instructions must be included for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Backorders are non-returnable, and each item varies and is subject to manufactures approval. E-mail part number and invoice # to [email protected]
Received Defective Products
If you received a defective part, e-mail [email protected] all items are subject to manufactures approval
Replacing Items Under Manufacturer Warranty
The new items must be purchased outright. The warranty item will be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty approval. Email [email protected] for warranty info or updates.
Received a Damaged Package
If a damaged package is left at your door, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can place a new order for the replacement item and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the total amount of the original order when we receive your return). If you do not place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after receiving your return. All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.
Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)
E-mail [email protected] and we will send you an RGA and ship out the correct part. Please inspect every item as soon as you receive it.
Changing Your Order Before It Has Shipped
You can change your order as long as it has not shipped. Email chisupplyco.com with your order # and the items you would like removed and added.

Privacy Policy
CHISUPPLY CO. Does not disclose buyer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

All credit card numbers are encrypted.
Making A Purchase
Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout,’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Pricing
Pricing is subject to change per manufactures yearly price increase. CHISUPPLY CO. tries extremely hard to stay on top of these price changes. However, if a price online is wrong by chance, you will be contacted by Chi Supply Company to verify if you would still like to proceed with your order.
