Tracking UPS Shipments
Once an order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your items. If you need help tracking your order simply email email@example.com

Shipping Information Entry
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as
entered in the checkout process. If UPS can not find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to CHISUPPLY CO. and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. When the package returns to CHISUPPLY CO. and a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including 20% restocking fees. Extra shipping costs apply for trucks with lift gates.
50% restocking fee on misplaced orders within 30 days. No returns after 30 days. If you need to return an item email firstname.lastname@example.org All items must be uninstalled with packaging in original condition. All parts, pieces and instructions must be included for returns.
Non-Returnable Items Back orders are nonreturnable and each item varies and are subject to manufactures approval. Email part number and invoice # to email@example.com
Received Defective Products

Replacing Items Under Manufacturer Warranty
New item must be purchased outright. Warranty item will be sent back to manufacturer for warranty approval. Email email@example.com for warranty info or updates.
Received a Damaged Package
If a damaged package is left at your door, please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org We can place a new order for the replacement item and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the full amount of the original order when we receive your return). If you do not place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your return. All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.
Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)
Email email@example.com and we will send you an RGA and ship out the correct part. Please inspect every item as soon as you receive it.
Changing Your Order Before It Has Shipped
You can change your order as long as it has not shipped. Email chisupplyco.com with your order # and the items you would like removed and added.
CHISUPPLY CO. Does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Making A Purchase
Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
